In the early 1800s, Colonel John Stevens founded the Hoboken Land & Improvement Company. His company then created the blueprint for Hoboken by laying out the system of streets, blocks and lots, and by constructing housing and developing manufacturing sites. People have been pouring into Hoboken ever since. The Wilts have taken a historical piece of property and brought it into the future.
